I have just had the same problem with my 10 yr old spaniel, it could be UTI but it unfortuinatly sounds more like renal problems. Take him to the vet ASAP as the earlier it is caught the easier it is to control with meds and special food. He needs a vet urgently!!! Even on the meds he will still leak though but your vert may be able to recommend diapers. Hope this helps and that he is back to his best soon :) .x.

I agree with above...take to the vet ASAP...there are many issues this could be and there are pills to help...Only a vet can diagnose this
