Be sure your dogs anal glands are empty as they cause a very nasty strong odor. Assuming your dog is acting bright, alert, eating well and does not appear to be ill, if she still smells try mixing up a gallon: 1/2 water and 1/2 listerine mouthwash. pour it over her, let it soak 10 minutes then shampoo her asnd rince well.
If your dog is age 5 or older be sure there is no vaginal discharge as pyometra, the open draining type smells badly and requires your dog to be spayed. If not pyometra can be life threatening.
