need advice to buy a small dog that fits indian envoirnment ,kids and where should i buy that from inexpensive way

have 2 kids at home ,need a pup thats not too hairy and easy to handle

My vote is for a chawouwa. We have two and they are the most lap dogs I have ever seen.

Yes, I agree with Karen that a Chihuahua would fit. They are good with kids and suitable for India's warm climate. I don't know how expensive they are in your country, but you might also consider a mixed Chihuahua.
