I believe they are a m/blend of brown and black all over,,,brown dappled with black:D,,,,I had one with long hair (Lovey was her name).
A dapple or merle can be a huge variety of patterns. I have one that well blended and absolutely beautiful. Others can have big patches of colors, it will just depend on your preference.
